Single-family House, Varna_ Interior & Exterior Project

A 193 sq. m house of 2 floors in Varna, Trakata area.

A clever distribution makes its inhabitants’ lives better: on the ground floor are situated all everyday rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living+kitchen+dining with a connection to the terrace and yard at the same level. They face the sea horizon. Bedrooms look at the backyard.
The basement has some technical & storage room, as well as a clever 4in1 room for parties, cinema, guests and storage.
Although in Varna’s suburbs this house has urban spirit, compact spaces and is made for busy family members each with their strict schedule. The connection between the House’s insides and the cozy exterior makes it easier to simply take rest at home, enjoying nice weather at the terrace.
