Trendy Colors Rent-a-Home

Old city center of Sofia is typical with its old-style homes with clumsy distribution, this apartment not making exclusion. Too many doors, two narrow corridors, too small kitchen and no defined living room, two bedrooms, tiny wc, small bathroom.
We cut off half of the existing doors and now we have just three – two to the bedrooms and one to the bathroom.
After redistributing and rebuilding the concept of the apartment, now the entrance door leads to the larger corridor, connected to kitchen and living room via portal. Two bedrooms: one double, the other that was kitchen before now is single-bedded with a cozy terrace. The small corridor just connects three rooms as well as bears the laundry corner. Kitchen is moved to the biggest room combined with living space and dining-corner.
Apart from the functional redistribution, another key approach was the colorful palette making each space absolutely unique. We chose five- color trendy scheme and enriched it with wooden décor and black accents found in lamps and furniture.
