73 sq. m apartment in a newly built luxury residential building in Sofia featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with impressively colorful design and practical interior solutions.

Few examples for solutions away of the ordinary: the kitchen furniture is with extended width (80 cm), the countertop is wider and comfortable, with a metal pocket on the back, for bottles, etc. There are 2 niches dedicated to the small kitchen appliances, covering gas boiler on their back. Cooking hood’s model and height suits the cook of the house.

The island was required by the owners, it has a wine fridge installed, facing the terrace. The construction over the island combines 3 functions – plant pots, lighting and pan hooks.
Bedroom unites 3 functions – rest, storage and a home office corner. Despite the small size we took advantage of it and achieved everyday comfort.
Bathrooms are in desired retro marine vibe and are as well carefully designed.
Decorations are part of the project too. Most noticeable is the colorful foil design on the sliding glass door, dividing living from corridor, the wall decoration in the kid’s room, and the brick wall in the living.
Designer’s choice was to paint the corridor in intense blue color, aiming to show that it is not obligatory to rely on light and white tones make the corridor larger, but most important for them is to be well-lit. Colors and decorations bring mood and dynamics, suitable for transitional spaces where we mainly pass and barely stay, like corridors.
