45 sq. m interior surface out of 57 sq. m property is turned into avant-garde 1-bedroom apartment in the Sofia wide center bestowing the urban dynamics through contrasts, textures and depth.
Bold solutions include vertical color division in living, bedroom and bathroom. The intense blue color appears in velvety sitting furniture, satin walls, colored furniture and is balanced by snow-white matte elements.
Kitchen features contemporary solutions as built-in appliances, profile handles and hidden lighting with invisible touch sensors. Countertop is a slim-line model in rich marble texture.
Bedroom and corridor are precisely furbished to the ceiling holding precious storage volumes, often hard to achieve in small rooms.
Initially, the project was planned in metallic details in gold color, but during the realization they were replaced with chrome elements that give mirror shine (chair legs, bathroom taps) and white (for lamps) to underline the fundamental geometric shapes which overall minimized the color palette to just 3 colors – blue, white and chrome.
