High Cuisine & Sergi Arola: Interior Project for a Restaurant, Inspired from a famous Spanish Chef

Project for small boutique restaurant of High cuisine in renovated and transformed to commercial center abandoned textile factory in Barcelona.
The project follows stages of supplying, preparing and serving food in a high-tech yet cozy and luxury atmosphere. The kitchen is inside the checker box and the tables are situated around it with a view over the chef’s countertop.
